mnk press is a (very small) independently run publishing project. Please be aware that there may be some delays to the usual processing and delivery schedules. For any questions/requests please email mnkpress@gmail.com or respond to your confirmation email.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Items will ship within 5 business days of your order being placed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way. For orders shipped using a tracked service, a tracking link will be included in this email.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Yes international shipping is available for all items. mnk press is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
Currently all shipping for orders is sent via Yamato Transport. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and size and differ to the destination country. Click here to view Yamato Transport shipping costs.
ISSUE WITH YOUR DELIVERY
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (Goods missing compared to the delivery note, good error(s), damaged good(s), etc.) must be reported by email (mnkpress@gmail.com) no later than 5 working days after the delivery date. Beyond this deadline, any claim will be rejected. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. The Buyer must ensure that accurate and complete information have been provided regarding the delivery address. Any reshipment caused by any mistake or lack of precision on the delivery address, will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
Any order placed and delivered outside of Japan may be subject to taxes and customs duties which may be levied when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and taxes related to the delivery of a product are the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller is not obliged to check and inform the Customer of customs duties and taxes. Please contact your post office to inquire about possible charges.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately there will be no offer for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
